Hi, I’m
Where Business Insight Meets Human Understanding
After earning my MBA at the turn of the millennium, I built a successful import/export business in Brazil, navigating global markets and the challenges of entrepreneurship.
More than a decade later, I completed a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and worked with family service programs, facilitating courses that help parents reduce the impact of conflict on children post-divorce.
Today, I bring together my business expertise, a thriving psychotherapy practice, and years of research to uncover how relationships shape both personal and professional success. I bridge strategy and human connection to help individuals and organizations strengthen the relationships that drive growth and impact.
My Purpose
I want to leave a legacy of helping others – empowering individuals, strengthening teams, and creating thriving workplaces where connection is at the heart of success.
I know what it’s like to try and power through challenges.
For years, I thought that staying in control and working harder was the way forward. But the more I pushed, the more disconnected I felt – from myself, others, and what truly mattered.
That’s why connection is at the heart of my work.
I’ve seen how isolating it can be when we try to handle challenges alone. Stress, burnout, and frustration follow. That’s because real progress doesn’t come from control – it comes from connection.
The best solutions happen when people come together.
Whether in workplaces, families, or communities, collaboration strengthens us. Different opinions, ideas, and perspectives create clarity and better outcomes.
A New Path is about letting go of control and building meaningful connections that foster creativity, resilience and innovative solutions.
